The Magic Bibliography Site and its contents are intended for online use, and users agree not to download or copy substantial portions of the site's materials.

The subscriber acknowledges that this is a research site that only lists bibliographic references and does not contain images or text of the actual books' pages or explanations of magic effects.

Subscribers may not reprint or republish any materials from the site without  proper permission from the appropriate copyright owner.

Sharing Magic Bibliography Site accounts is not permitted and is cause for immediate cancellation of the subscriber's account.

The Magic Bibliography Site reserves the right to limit or cancel subscribers suspected of misusing the system. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations for cause.

The Magic Bibliography Site retains the right to append, withdraw, or alter the contents of any or all subscription levels at anytime without notice.

The subscriber understands that the site will occasionally be unavailable due to periodic site maintenance and updates, and that replacement days will not be added to the subscription.

The subscriber accepts all responsibility for the use of information on this site that may later be revised or found to be inaccurate.

The subscriber agrees to receive periodic emails from The Magic Bibliography Site.
